These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by The Video Crafters LLC ("we," "us," or "our") through our website www.thevideocrafters.com ("Site"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Use of Services

By engaging with The Video Crafters LLC and utilizing our services, you agree to the following:

 

Commencement of Services

Your project or plan officially begins on the date of the kick-off call with your assigned Creative Director. Services will be delivered as outlined in your selected package, subject to timely payment and adherence to this Agreement.

 

Scope of Services

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Script development

• Kick-off and consultation calls

• Voiceover, animation, and background music

• Unlimited revisions during scripting and storyboarding phases

• Delivery of a final MP4 file in 16:9 landscape format or any format specified

• PNG exports (upon request)

• Custom illustrations or licensed stock media as needed

 

Usage Limitations

We accept unlimited requests and revisions within the scope of your plan. Output speed and volume may vary depending on your plan type, request volume, and project complexity. A detailed timeline will be provided at project onset.

 

Ownership & Intellectual Property

 

Client Content

You retain full ownership of all information, data, or materials you provide ("Client Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use this content solely to fulfill the project.

 

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverable(s) in MP4 format or any other format as agreed upon. All rights, title, and interest, including any intellectual property rights, are transferred to you.

 

Project Files

All working files, such as animation or project source files (e.g., After Effects files), remain proprietary. We retain the right to reuse internal assets unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We are happy to provide static PNG exports upon request.

 

Confidentiality

All virtual interactions with The Video Crafters LLC team may be recorded for training and quality assurance. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared information. These obligations extend for five (5) years after the termination of services.

 

Payment Terms

Clients are required to make a 50% deposit to initiate a project, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery. Payment must be made according to the terms outlined in the invoice provided.

 

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. A standard administrative fee may be applied to cover processing and setup costs. Refunds are not typically provided for work already rendered or after substantial project progress has been made. Please communicate with us directly if you have extenuating circumstances.

 

Copyright

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and other media, is owned by The Video Crafters or its licensors and is protected under copyright law. You may not reuse or redistribute any content without express written consent.

 

Liability Waiver

The Video Crafters shall not be held liable for any lost profits, data, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Video Crafters from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or deliverables.

 

Links to Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party platforms linked to or from our Site.

 

Policy Acknowledgment

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms and policies outlined in this document. These policies apply to all projects and communications, whether handled via email, video call, or through our website.

The Video Crafters reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
